Chester Wood Floor Sanding - Cambrian View

Location – Cambrian View, Chester

Flooring – Original pine floorboards

Sanding – The Bona Belt sander was used to sand existing old varnish off the boards. We work from a coarse to a fine grit sandpaper to smooth the boards and prepare for the new finish. The Bona Edge sander is used to get close to the skirting boards.

Finishing – We applied 1 x coat of Junckers Pre-Lak to prime the floor followed by 2 coats of Junckers ‘Strong’ water based lacquer. The ‘Strong’ range is a great product for heavy domestic wear and tear.
